This certificate describes about the property of the given specimens at the same time and is not responsible for the use certificate with any other specimens. This certificate does not pertain to the cut, color, clarity, quality of the specimen, unless otherwise specified. Mounted specimen graded only to the extent that mounting permits examination. This certification report is not guarantee, warranty, evaluation or an appraisal. This report contains only the characteristics of the Gems/Jewellery/Rudraksha/other products described herein after it has been graded, tested, examined and analysised by Bhagya Ratan’s carefully with specialized instructions and qualified gemologist under 10x magnification, including fully corrected triplet loupe and binocular stereo zoommicroscopes, immersionscope, polariscope, electronic carat balance and ancillary instruments as necessary. Hence Bhagya Ratan or any member of its staff, at the time, may not be held responsible any discrepancy, which may result from the application of other grading methods. This certification report considered null and void if any alteration is/are made to the Gems/Jewellery/Rudraksha/other products or to the report itself. Any claim by the client or person for damage to the Gems/Jewellery/Rudraksha/other products or damage resulting directly or indirectly from this certification report/product will’t be refundable, exchangeable or giveable. Color grade given in this report on master, comparisons stones of Gem Testing laboratory of Bhagya Ratan, clarity grade of based on 10x magnification. Grading may also differ and could vary, due to changes, and as far and as improved techniques, technology and/or equipment are use. Company did not conformed about metal purity, company wrote about purity only when purity should be inscribed on item. Some certificate indicates about treatment or origin source about specimen that are confirmed by our gemologist but some have’t so there are no need to like this cause of low price or not vital. This report will’t be applicable in any kind of litigation matters, and any staff member of Bhagya Ratan will’t be included in litigant matters, this certification report is for customer’s exclusive use only. Gemstone Certification related all disputes are subject to the arbitration of an gemologist/gem grader and would be subject to Distt. Jind (Haryana) jurisdiction alone. This is computer generate certificate and therefore requires no signature. Sold product will’t be exchange or refund.

If www.bhagyaratna.in terminates your Membership in the Service due to your violation of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused Membership fees. All decisions regarding termination of accounts will be made at www.bhagyaratna.in sole discretion. www.bhagyaratna.in is not required to provide you with notice prior to terminating your Membership. www.bhagyaratna.in is also not required to tell you the reason for the termination or the restriction of your Account. Even after your subscription is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect. All terms which by their nature should survive the termination of this Agreement shall be deemed to survive such termination.
