Which bank do you support for Net Banking?

Which type of Debit Card/Credit Card do you accept?
For cards issued in India, we support all types. For cards issued outside India, we support them through our payment gateway.

Do you support any Cash Card?
You can pay using any Cash Card through our Payment Gateway.

Do you support UPI Payment?
Yes, we do support UPI Payment. While shopping online, users can pay through UPI when UPI is available as a payment option. Users will need to enter their (VPA) Virtual Payment Address (xyz@upi), Subsequently, the user will receive a collect request on the UPI app. The user is just required to enter the UPI-PIN to complete the payment. All payments are instant and 24/7, regardless of the bank's working hours.

Do you deal in Western Union Transfer?
No, we do not have Western Union Transfer option. We share our bank details and swift code with the customer only and the same details are visible under Bank Transfer section.

What type of mobile payments do you deal in?
You can make mobile payments using State Bank of India / Payment through our payment gateway.

How is the customer notified about the successful transaction?
After the successful transaction, the customer will receive a confirmation email on their registered email address.

What should the customer do if the transaction is failed?

What if money is deducted from customer's account and merchant has not received payment?

How can I order something on Bhagya Ratan?
You can order online or via the phone by contact our Customer Support.

Can I get a custom jewellery design made for my gemstone?
Yes, you can get a custom jewellery design made for your gemstone. However, the price of custom jewellery should be more than INR 45000/-. It also depends on the design, as some designs are not possible to make by handcraft, or cannot be made within the price we display for other designs. For better clarity, please email us your design and gemstone details before placing your order, and our customer support team will respond to you after reviewing internally if the design can be made. We try our best to fulfill your request. Note that depending on the complexity of the design, there may be an additional charge for making jewellery for some designs.

Can a customer identify whether a gemstone is real or fake?
The authenticity of a gemstone can only be identified by an authentic gemstone testing laboratory. One can consult an expert gemologist for primary consultation, but one should always rely on a gemstone laboratory certificate issued by a reliable gemstone testing laboratory. The certificate received from the gemstone laboratory ensures and lists important details about the gemstone which will give great assurance to the buyers. It helps in avoiding the chances of getting duped by buying fake gemstones. Bhagya Ratna gives its consumers the benefit of certainty by providing authentic gemstone certificate with every purchase. Bhagya Ratna has a team of graduate gemologists who authenticate every gemstone and provide a certificate with unique number. Customers can check the authenticity of the product using that unique number by using the product authentication option on www.bhagyaratan.in.

Orders

How much time does it take to ship a sealed gemstone?
For metro cities, courier companies generally take 1 to 3 days to deliver the product and for non-metro cities, it takes 4 to 7 days from the date of dispatch of the product. If you are taking Puja Energy service, it may take additional 2-5 days to deliver the product depending on the service you have chosen.

How much time does it take to dispatch gemstone jewelry?
Customized jewelry making for silver and gold can take up to 7 days and CAD renderings for gold, white gold, silver can take 15-20 days and up to 25 days for platinum jewelry. Also, any Puja Energy service can take additional 1-3 days as per customer requirement.

Which gemstones are not shipped outside India?
Amber and Ammolite are the two varieties of gemstones that we do not ship outside India due to precaution and restrictions.

How do I see my orders and order status?
In order to see your order and order status, the first and foremost thing is to login into your Bhagya Ratan account. Go to the My Account section and you will see your order details under the Order tab. Check your order status here. (https://www.bhagyaratan.in/check-order-status)

Note: It is mandatory to login into your Bhagya Ratan account to view the order. If you have created an account, but you haven’t logged in, then you will not be able to view orders, dispatch date, order status, etc.

How can I track my order?
Once the order is shipped, you will get a mail from our team in which the order tracking id and web link are mentioned. You can track your shipment online from the given link and tracking id. Also, you will get timely notifications on your registered email address regarding your order.

COD

Do you offer a COD facility?
Cash on Delivery (COD) we do not provide COD service.

Do you provide EMI facility to the customers?
No, we do not provide EMI facility to the customers.
